New Coaching Client Agreement (read and agree below)

Welcome to the family! I am looking forward to working with you to bring your goals and dreams into reality. In this document you will find our common agreements that will make the coaching partnership work the best for everyone involved. Please read and then submit your information below acknowledging your agreement.

Agreements:

I have signed up for the 6-month coaching package and agree to be committed to the entire 6-month process.
Payment for the 6-month coaching package will be made in full prior to the first session or split into 4 payments with the first billing completing prior to the first session.
Coaching package fees are refundable only until the start of the second session as it will be established during the first session if the program is a good fit for the client. Exceptions may be made due to extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Georgette Jean Enterprises, LLC.
Coaching sessions will occur live weekly on a schedule that we will agree upon.
I will receive an invitation to the meeting series which will take place on the Zoom platform.
For maximum benefit, it is expected that I will attend each session live except under extenuating circumstances.
I will come to each coaching session prepared to learn and with all homework from previous sessions completed. If there are questions between sessions I can get help from the private online forum or by sending an email to Georgette@GeorgetteJeanEnterprieses.com.
All sessions will be recorded and posted in the private online forum for my review until the end of the coaching relationship.
Georgette Jean Enterprises, LLC will provide coaching for my business to the best of its ability based on the professional experience of the coach. NO guarantees of income are being made and will depend on my individual efforts and ability to follow the advice given.
I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Georgette Sims and Georgette Jean Enterprises, LLC agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of actions, omissions, or commissions taken by myself or by Georgette Jean Enterprises, LLC as a result of the advice given by Georgette Jean Enterprises, LLC or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated hereunder. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to me to enter into this release. The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
